  • 4egg whites
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspinstant coffee

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 250

  2. 2

    whisk egg whites and salt on high

  3. 3

    add sugar in at a spoonful at a time

  4. 4

    fold in coffee granules the same as sugar

  5. 5

    place in bag and pipe onto a lined cookie sheet

  6. 6

    bake for 2 hrs then turn off heat and open door leave for 30 min
