Ingredients

  1. 2 canCrescent rolls [8oz]
  2. 1 lbsliced Swiss cheese
  3. 1 1/4 lbsliced corned beef
  4. 1 cansauerkraut [14oz]
  5. 2/3 cupthousand Island dressing
  6. 1egg white, lightly beaten
  7. 3 tspCaraway seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    grease 9x13 pan, unroll and seal seams of 1 can of rolls.

  2. 2

    bake @ 375° for 8 to 10 minutes. layer half of the cheese and all of the meat. Combine sauerkraut and dressing, spread on top of meat covet with remaining cheese.

  3. 3

    unroll remaining rolls, seal the seams, place over cheese. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with Caraway seeds.

  4. 4

    bake for 12-16 minutes, let stand 5 minutes before cutting
