1 1/2 cupSugar
1 1/2 tspVanilla
3 cupWalnuts (shelled)

Mix Sour Cream and Sugar together in a very large microwave safe bowl. Mixture has a tendency to boil over.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes stirring halfway through.

Mix in Vanilla. Add nuts and stir to coat.

Pour onto waxed paper and separate with forks. Allow to dry.
