shred the casava with grater

dry throughly with fabric coffee drainer or a cotten cloth

after dried add to bowl and mix in diced peppers, onions and cilantro

add egg, milk, suger, salt, and pepper mix well (add more salt for salty or more suger for sweet)

scoop up with spoon and shape patties with your hands (round, flat however you like)

fry for afew minutes each side until golden...serve and enjoy
