  1. 1 quartfresh strawberries
  2. 3 tbsplemon juice
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbspcider vinegar
  5. 2 tbspolive oil
  6. 1 pinchpoppyseed

  1. 1

    Wash, hull and cut in half strawberries.

  2. 2

    Place strawberries in a blender, cover and process until blended.

  3. 3

    While processing, gradually add vinegar and oil in a steady stream; process until thickened

  4. 4

    Add sugar and process until blended

  5. 5

    Stir in poppyseed

  6. 6

    Transfer to a large bowl or jar

  7. 7

    Cover and store in the refrigerator. Will last approximately 1 week in the refrigerator
