dry ingredients
2 cupsugar
1 1/2 tspbaking soda
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
1 tspsalt
3/4 cupunsweetened cocoa
1 3/4 cupall-purpose flour
wet
2eggs
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupvegetable oil
2 tspvanilla extract
1 cupboiling water

Preheat oven to 350 and grease n flour 2 nine inch pans

Mix all dry ingredients

Mix in wet ingredients beat on medium speed for 2 minutes

Mix in boiling water, batter will be thin

Pour into cake pans, bake for 30-35 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes

Frost and enjoy
