5-6 piecefish
1 tspginger paste
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tsppasfuran powder
2 tbspvinegar
to tastSalt
as requiredMustard oil for fry

Wash the fish and drain out the water.
2

Marinate the fish with all ingredients except oil.
3

Take a pan and heat the oil.
4

Fry the fish on low flame until the tender and fragrant spices and it's became cripcy and golden brown.
