Fish ocs ko wash kpan pain 1tsp oil main pan fry ke le.

Wo main 2tsp oil heat ke garlic saite kar tomato puree,ginger and all madala dal ke bhune gravy bana ke fish pcs add ke 5 minutes baad has off ke serve hot hot tamatry fish.
