Ingredients

  • 3 cupsWheat Flour
  • 2 cupsFenugreek (Methi) leaves
  • 1 tbspGhee for moyan
  • 3 tbspnCurd
  • 3Green chilli grated
  • 1 tspn white sesame seeds
  • 1 tspn Ginger grated
  • 2 tspn Red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn Kashmiri lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 tspn Ajwain
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspn Garam masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededGhee for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients into a bowl and Knead dough with required water.

  2. 2

    Keep aside for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now take some doe and make a small size ball and roll with rolling pin.

  4. 4

    Then shallo fry on twa like prantha. From both sides

  5. 5

    Do same process WITH all dough... Make all theplas like this.

  6. 6

    Yummy and tasty theplas ready to serve....
