Cooking Instructions

    Wash and put the beans on fire. Once almost soft, add your yam and leave to boil for a bit adding a pinch of salt.

    Add sliced onions, pepper cube seasoning, crayfish, palm oil and pepper.

  3. 3

    Cover and let steam for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir occasionally. Cover for a few minutes and serve
