Prawns masala
Typical Maharashtrian spicy tangy prawns recipe.
Steps

Marinathe prawns with salt turmeric red chilli powder and garlic ginger coriander paste. Marinathe it for 1/2hrs.Heat pan pour 5tspoil in it.add 1/2tsp hing.

Add chopped onions. Saute onions till it becomes golden brown then add chopped tomatoes cook it well.

Add marinated prawns in it saute till prawns became dry.

Add coconut onion paste and garam masala to prawns. add some water to it.boil prawns for 5mins turn heat off.

Yummy spicy prawns masala is ready. Enjoy it with steam rice, chapati or bhakri.
