Mix salt,turmeric & water in a bowl. Keep it aside

With the help of a slicer make thin slices directly in the kadai 1 banana at a time

When little crisp add the mixture water 1 tsp

Fry till crispy

Remove on a kitchen paper tissue
- 8
Cool and store
