Ingredients

1 lbground beef
1 mediumonion (chopped)
2garlic cloves (minced)
4 cupV8 juice
114 1/2oz. can of stewed tomatoes
2 cupcoleslaw mix (with carrots etc)
2 cupfrozen green beans
2 cupFrozen corn
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1 tspdried basil
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper

Steps

In a saucepan cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink ; drain.

In a crock pot combine remaining ingredients. Stir in beef mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
