Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 mediumonion (chopped)
  • 2garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 cupV8 juice
  • 114 1/2oz. can of stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cupcoleslaw mix (with carrots etc)
  • 2 cupfrozen green beans
  • 2 cupFrozen corn
  • 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tspdried basil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink ; drain.

  2. 2

    In a crock pot combine remaining ingredients. Stir in beef mixture.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender.
