Ingredients

  1. 3 1/3 cupold fashion oats
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 2/3 cupoat flour
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcinnamon
  6. 6 cupnuts and dried fruit
  7. 2/3 cupnut butter
  8. 2 tspflavor
  9. 12 tbspbutter melted
  10. 1/2 cupmaple syrup or honey
  11. 4 tbsplight corn syrup
  12. 2 tbspwater

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 350

  2. 2

    line a 9 x 13 pan w/ parchment allowing for overhang on 2 side lightly grease parch and exposed pan

  3. 3

    in lg bowl mix dry ingred including nuts and fruit

  4. 4

    in bowl whisk wet ingred add wet to dry

  5. 5

    toss to combine add nut butter

  6. 6

    press mixture into pan

  7. 7

    bake 30 to 40 min or until edges r browned. mixture will be soft in the middle will set as cools. cool bars completely in pan lift parch place on cutting board if it seems crumble put in freezer or 1/2 hour
