combine cocoa, salt, & sugar in saucepan

stir in boiling water and bring to an easy boil

simmer for two minutes. But be careful not to scorch!

stir in milk & heat til very hot but not boiling!

remove from heat and add vanilla.

divide in to four mugs and add the half and half
