These are absolutely delicious and so easy to make! They are so soft on the inside, even a few days after baking! I'll be making them again soon with some orange dye for Halloween.

1egg
1/3 cupbutter (melted)
2 tbspcanola oil

preheat oven to 350°F

mix together cake mix, egg, butter and oil

knead until doughy

take a cookie scoop and put a teaspoons worth of batter on each side of the oreos, surrounding it.

once all cookies are covered, place on baking sheet and place into oven

cook for 9 minutes. will appear under cooked, pull out.

let stand on the hot tray for 10 minutes.
