Ingredients

1 cuporange juice or soy milk
1 cupdried pineapple, unsweetened, unsulphured
1 cupfresh organic strawberries (or defrosted frozen strawberries)
2 1/2 lbfrozen unsweetened strawberries

Steps

Soak dried pineapple in orange juice (soy milk) overnight in refrigerator. Do not drain.

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.

Select Frozen Dessert program.

Switch machine to Start and allow machine to complete programmed cycle, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.

Serve immediately.
