Ingredients

  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1egg [lightly beaten]
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 cupap flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 4 ozcream cheese [cut into small pieces]
  • 2 quartstrawberries [capped and washed]

Steps

  1. 1

    pre heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    melt butter and poor into 9x13 baking dish

  3. 3

    mix all ingredients except berries and cream cheese

  4. 4

    pour into baking dish

  5. 5

    add berries in single layer

  6. 6

    sprinkle cheese over berries

  7. 7

    bake for 45 min or until crust is gbd
