In a bowl mix tuna until its flakey with the blackened seasoning or seasoned salt.

Mixed in diced celery if desired.

Mix in mayonnaise. Mustard (if desired)

In a medium saucepan add butter and coat each tortilla with butter.

Put a layer of cheese on tortilla then add your mixed tuna then another layer of cheese. Fry until cheese is melted flipping until both sides are golden.

Cut and serve with your favorite dressing.
