  • 6 tbspSalt
  • 6 tbspGround Black Pepper
  • 6 tbspChili Powder
  • 4 cupKetchup
  • 4 cupWhite Vinegar
  • 4 cupWater
  • 1 largeYellow Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cupSorghum Molasses

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients and bring to a rolling boil.

  2. 2

    Reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 90 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so.

  3. 3

    Pour sauce into sterilized canning jars. Seal and let stand 2-6 weeks before use.
