1 teaspooncold unsalted butter
2/3 cupsugar,
8 tbsp unsalted butter,
1/2 teaspoonsalt,
1 cup flour,
3eggs
Pastry
1 cupwater,
4 ounces semi sweet chocolate
1-1/2sugar,
As neededEgg wash
as needed Chocolate glaze
1/2 cupheavy cream,

Ready the fiiling

After that make the pastry mix all the ingredients given for pastry. and bake for 160 degree till done. after that do egg wash and chocolate glaze.
