It is an ideal dish for lunch, goes well with arhar dal and rice, specially in summer when we want to eat something different but spicy and tasty. Potato is all time favorite to children

Peel off the potatoes and wash them properly

Pierce them with knife so that Masala can go inside aloo

Put kadai on flame and heat the oil
- 4
Add turmeric powder, red Chilli powder and coriander powder, stir it for a minute and put aloo, add salt and cover it with a lid and cook for five minutes.

Add achari Masala and stir it properly, cover it and cook for five minutes.

Add amchur powder, stir it and again cook it for some time, now cook it openly on low flame for five minutes, golden brown achari also are ready to serve.
