Steps

Place Mirliton in water and boil until fork tender (1hr+)

Once Mirliton is fork tender, drain Mirliton, and let cool slightly

Cut Mirliton in half, remove seed and discard

Peel and Cube Mirliton

Add all Creole Seasoning to the 2 tablespoons of oil, and cook until tender

Once creole seasoning is tender, add in the cubed Mirliton

Cook Mirliton and Creole Seasoning on medium heat, stirring occasionally

Peel and cut shrimp into bite size pieces

Add Tony Chachere's and Cayenne Pepper, and continue to stir

Add bread crumbs to start firming up consistency
