Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupPacked brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cupDry red wine or chicken broth
  • 3 tbspDijon mustard
  • 3 canJellied cranberry sauce

    In a large sauce pan, combine the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and wine or chicken broth.

  2. 2

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and whisk in mustard.

  4. 4

    Pour cranberry mixture over ham and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350°.

  5. 5

    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
