Steps

Blanch melon seeds and cashewnuts and then ground it to a fine paste

Golden fry onions and blend it to make a paste

Take a pan add oil to it then add whole spices to it

Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until raw flavour is gone

Then add powdered spices and tomato puree to it an cook well

Add the brown onion paste and then cashewnut melonseed paste and cook well on low flame till oil floats on the top add kasuri methi and bring it to a boil

Gravy is ready
