Ingredients

  1. 1 boxof yellow cake mix (w/pudding in the mix)
  2. 2 largeeggs
  3. 1/3 cupVegetable oil
  4. 8 ozCream cheese
  5. 1/3 cupSugar
  6. 1 tspFresh lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350.

  2. 2

    Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly

  3. 3

    Reserve 1 cup and pat the remaining mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Best cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth.

  6. 6

    Spread over baked layer and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

  7. 7

    Bake for another 15 minutes.

  8. 8

    Cool completely and cut into bars. (Store in refrigerator is optional)
