Ingredients

  • 2 lbfish( cod, halibut)
  • 44 ozcan crushed tomato
  • 1 cupgarlic cloves
  • 1onion
  • 4red chile peppers
  • 1red palm oil or oil with 4 teaspoons of tumeric or paprika
  • 1season salt
  • 1old bay seasoning
  • 1ginger
  • 16 ozthawed frozen spinach
  • 16 ozthawed frozen greens

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Season fish with old bay seasoning and cut in quarters

  2. 2

    Crush garlic cloves and chop onion

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pot and add garlic and onions

  4. 4

    Once onions are translucent add fish and cook for ten minutes

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes, greens, and spinach and peppers to pot

  6. 6

    Add all other seasons to pot and season to your taste

  7. 7

    Cook for twenty minutes stirring occasionally

  8. 8

    Once its done serve over rice or potatoes
