Any kind of thick bread ideal for grilling will work. I came across some rosemary potato bread from a local bakery and Ham and Swiss with fresh herbs was all I could think of!

Steps
- 1
Start with a slice of bread brushed with olive oil
- 2
Now we start piling on! Starting with 1 slice of swiss, and a few slices of Black Forest Ham
- 3
Over the ham, place on 2 slices of Bacon, then a few leaves of Fresh Basil
- 4
On the basil, place the tomato, and optional Romaine
- 5
Now if you opted for Cream Cheese, spread on the second slice of bread, and place that side down onto the built sandwich, the brush the other side with olive oil
- 6
Place the sandwich with the Swiss side down onto a panini grill or skillet lightly brushed with butter over medium heat
- 7
Grill over heat for about 5 to 6 minutes until golden and crispy
- 8
If using a skillet, carefully turn and grill another 5 minutes
- 9
Plate with a side of tomato soup if you like and enjoy!
