  • 1 kgPork Chops
  • marinate
  • 4 cloveGarlic
  • 200 gramsTomato sauce
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate pork chops for 2 hours or leave it in the fridge overnight.

  2. 2

    Arrange the pork chops flat in a frying pan with the marinate.

  3. 3

    Continue to cook until oil comes out. Turn over meat occasionally. Cook it for 30-35mins or until chops are brown and tender.
