1India Gate - Quinoa
2 CupWater
1 CupMix Vegetables
2Green Chillies
1 BunchCoriander leaves
1 (1 teaspoon)Mustard Seeds
4-6Curry leaves
1 tablespoonOil Salt as per taste

Steps

Boil water in a pan. Add quinoa and vegetables. Cover it with lid. Switch off the gas

Cover for 10-15 minutes. It will cook and absorb all the water.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds
4

Add the boiled quinoa and vegetables. Stir it and cover for 10 minutes.
5

It is ready to eat
