Ingredients

  • 1India Gate - Quinoa
  • 2 CupWater
  • 1 CupMix Vegetables
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1 BunchCoriander leaves
  • 1 (1 teaspoon)Mustard Seeds
  • 4-6Curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoonOil Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan. Add quinoa and vegetables. Cover it with lid. Switch off the gas

  2. 2

    Cover for 10-15 minutes. It will cook and absorb all the water.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds

  4. 4

    Add the boiled quinoa and vegetables. Stir it and cover for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    It is ready to eat
