Steps

First put oil hig and fry all the veggies in pan and as it tender remove from the flame and keep aside

Then in other pan put oil along with sliced onions,ginger garlic and cook till it's pinkish then add tomatoes chopped with all Khade masala like cloves;bay leaves and so on

Then grind this mixture and make fine paste or puree of it add salt, haldi, red chilli pow

Then add garam masala cook it till masala is nicely cook

Add the fry veggies and paneer cubes and mix it with masala spread kasturi methi on the top

And granish it with grated paneer and serve it with chapati or naan
