I love brined meat because it adds so much juice but allows the natural flavor of the meat to come out.
Steps

Combine apple juice, apple cider, chicken stock, salt and sugar.

Stir until salt and sugar are completely dissolved.

Add remaining ingredients except additional water.
- 4
Place thawed and well rinsed turkey to a glass, plastic or stainless steel container.
- 5
Pour brine into container using additional water as needed to completely cover turkey.
- 6
Brine turkey for 36-48 hours in refrigerator.
- 7
After brining, rinse the turkey very well in cold water. Pat dry.
- 8
Cook the turkey as you normally would.
