Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 tbspunsalted butter
  2. 1/2 cupbasmati rice
  3. 1 cupchicken broth
  4. 1/4 lbshredded chicken breast
  5. 1/2red bell pepper, chopped
  6. 1 tbspchopped green onions
  7. 2 tspdried rosemary
  8. 2 tspdried basil
  9. 1 tbsptoasted cashews

Cooking Instructions

    Heat butter in a medium wok

  2. 2

    Add bell pepper and chicken strips, saute until chicken is half cooked

  3. 3

    Mix in rice, cook for 4 minutes or until golden brown.

    Pour chicken broth in a large sauce pan

  5. 5

    Combine the toasted rice into the saucepan, stir gently

  6. 6

    Add herbs and nuts

  7. 7

    Cover the saucepan and cook until broth is absorbed into rice

  8. 8

    Garnish and serve
