Ingredients

2 hours
  • 2 lbground pork
  • 2 mediumonions
  • 1 packagescelery
  • 1 largejar of applesauce
  • 2 lbground beef
  • 1 tsppoultry seasoning
  • 2 pinchsalt & pepper
  • 1 largebag of croutons

  1. 1

    grind croutons in blender

  2. 2

    grind onions and water in blender...strain water out.

  3. 3

    grind water and celery in blender...strain water out. Save water for later.

  4. 4

    mix beef and pork together in one bowl.

  5. 5

    add onion and celery to meat

  6. 6

    add applesauce to meat.

  7. 7

    add croutons to meat...a little at a time.

  8. 8

    add celery water to ensure the stuffing mixture is nice and moist.

  9. 9

    heat oven to 400°F

  10. 10

    put stuffing into baking dish...cover with foil (you may need to dishes).

  11. 11

    bake @ 400 for 1.5 hours.

  12. 12

    take foil off and bake for another 30 min or until the top is nice and browned.
