  • 8 tbspButter, unsalted
  • 2 cupBrown Sugar, light
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg
  • 1 pinchCloves, ground
  • 1 pinchSalt

  1. 1

    Cream together the butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, & salt. Refrigerate.

  2. 2

    Spoon 2 tablespoons batter into mug with 3oz dark rum. Top off mug with boiling water. Stir well and serve immediately.
