Ingredients

5 servings
  • 2 packagesJiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cancream style corn
  • 1 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 4eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 canchopped green chilies
  • 1/3 cupcanola oil
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped jalapenos

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine corn bread and onion.

  2. 2

    Combine remaining ingredients into corn bread mixture just until moistened.

  3. 3

    Pour into a greased baking pan.

  4. 4

    Bake @ 350 for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and edges pull away from pan.
