Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled chhola
  • 1finely diced onion
  • 1finely chopped garlic
  • 3-4finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 inchpiece of ginger finely chopped
  • 1finely chopped tomato
  • 1tej patta, 4 clove, 5 black pepper, 2 badi Elaichi
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • Finely chopped green coriander
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and put oil into it and add cumin seed..

  2. 2

    Add tej patta, clove, badi Elaichi, black pepper and roast till aromat..

  3. 3

    Then add garlic, ginger, onion fry it for sometime..

  4. 4

    Then add chopped tomatoes and green chilli and saute for 2 minute.. add all dry spices except garam masala and roast it properly..

  5. 5

    Then add boiled chhole and mix it in masala also add salt to taste and fry for 2 more minute..

  6. 6

    Then add garam masala and chopped coriander and mix it again..

  7. 7

    Serve it hot and enjoy..
