Here patakha means teekha chhola
Steps

Heat a pan and put oil into it and add cumin seed..

Add tej patta, clove, badi Elaichi, black pepper and roast till aromat..

Then add garlic, ginger, onion fry it for sometime..

Then add chopped tomatoes and green chilli and saute for 2 minute.. add all dry spices except garam masala and roast it properly..

Then add boiled chhole and mix it in masala also add salt to taste and fry for 2 more minute..

Then add garam masala and chopped coriander and mix it again..

Serve it hot and enjoy..
