Sprinkle some water on poha so that poha soaked water properly and getting soft..

Heat 1 tsp oil and roast groundnuts turn crisp.. keep aside..

In a same pan again heat 1 tsp oil and add mustard seed.. when seed get sputter then add green chilli, tomato, potato and saute it..

Then add poha, haldi, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar, raisin and mix well.. saute for a minute..

Mix saute groundnuts and serve hot.. enjoy..
