Okay...1 1/2 cups water, (1/2 cup warm to hot water), 1 cup cold. 4 cups flour (3 cups white, 1 wheat), 1 T salt, 2 packs (or 4 t) yeast. Mix 1/2 cup flour, hot water and the yeast to proof for 15-30 minutes. Add the remaing cold water, flour, salt.
