  1. 1 1/2 cupplain breadcrumbs
  2. 1/2 cupfresh parsley
  3. 3garlic gloves
  4. 1zest of lemon
  5. 3/4 tspcoarse salt
  6. 4cod fish fillets

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Oil your pan

  2. 2

    Combine parsley, garlic, lemon zest and salt on cutting board. Finely chop

  3. 3

    Brush top of fish with olive oil. Press fillet into the crumb mixture. Place fillets in baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes pour lemonj juice on top
