1/2 cupfresh parsley
3garlic gloves
1zest of lemon
3/4 tspcoarse salt
4cod fish fillets

Preheat oven to 400°F. Oil your pan

Combine parsley, garlic, lemon zest and salt on cutting board. Finely chop

Brush top of fish with olive oil. Press fillet into the crumb mixture. Place fillets in baking dish. Bake 12 to 15 minutes pour lemonj juice on top
