1/2 cupmargarine
1/2 cupmilk
5 tbspcocoa
1 1/2 cupsugar

Add sugar, milk and margarine in a medium sauce pan to a boil let simmer 3 mins, remove from heat add oatmeal and cocoa, stir well, let sit covered 5 mins. Scoop with tbsp and drop to form cookies.
