Boil the water and add kesar and cardamom

Heat a frying pan add little ghee and fry cashews and raisins. Then add semolina and fry till golden.

Then add water slowly stirring the semolina

Then add sugar and stir.once the water is absorbed completely add the remaining ghee and transfer the whole thing into a plate.once cool you can cut them into desired shape and serve.
