1white onion
1 tspsea salt
2 tsppaprika
1 tspcayenne pepper
1 tsppoultry seasoning
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspgranulated garlic
5 lbchicken

Slice onion and place in the bottom of slow cooker

Mix all spices, then rub over the entire chicken
3

Place chicken in slow cooker, cook on low 5-6 hours. No liquid necessary.
