1/2 tbspNutmeg
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 tspBaking Soda
Blending
1 cupShredded Carrots
1 tspApple Cider Vinegar
1 tspVanilla Extract
3Very Ripe Bananas
1/2 cupEarth Balance
1/4 cupSoy Milk

Mix first 5 ingredients.

Blend the last six in blender

Very slowly, pour blended mix with dry ingredients while mixing.

Spray loaf pan and add mix.

Bake 350° for one hour.
