Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder then sieve 3 times.

Take a pan add butter and sugar mix well.

Then add flour, candy powder, chopped paan leaves, milk, tutti frutti, paan bahar, vanilla essence. Mix lump free paste.

Grease the mould with refined oil and dusting the maida on mould.

Pour the batter in the mould.

Bake the cake 45 minutes in the cooker or till cake is done.

Grind rabri and gulkand together and keep it aside.

Take whipped cream add green colour, paan bahar and candy powder.

Cake divided into three parts equally.

Take one piece of cake and spread the mixture of gulkand rabri on it.

In another piece spread whipped cream you prepared.

Spread the whipped cream all over the cake from all sides.

Then refrigerate for an hour.

After an hour remove from refrigerator. garnish it with sweet sound, sweet paan.

Shahenshai rabri paan is ready to serve.
