Sweet & spicy wild game chili

I have been experimenting and practicing making this chili a long time now. This is the best tasting and most well rounded end result. I reccomend hunting down your own deer for this as it is guaranteed to make the chili so much better. Enjoy! :)

Steps
- 1
mix two thawed ground meats together with chopped garlic and cook in skillet until completely brown.
- 2
dice onion, bell peppers, jalapeño, and Serrano peppers. I reccomend small cuts about 1/2 inch or even smaller. Try to leave behind about 1/2 of the seed from the Serrano and jalapeño peppers. Mix all of them together into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes. Add one tablespoon of sugar halfway through this cooking process.
- 3
mix the meat and pepper mix into the large chili pot over medium heat.
- 4
add beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and mixture of remaining spices into the pot. Then toss in the half of the Hershey bar and mix it all together.
- 5
simmer chili covered over medium heat for no less than 50 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes until finished.
- 6
serve with homemade cornbread and an ear of buttered corn for the perfect chili meal
