1 cupOrganic Basmati Brown Rice
1 cupbrown split peas
1pealed and shredded carrots
2pealed and shredded sweet potatoes
1/2cut shredded celery stick
1 tablespoonorganic sesame oil
1/2 teaspoonground pepper

Boil rice and split peas in a pot for 20 min. Drain excess water and let it steam for 5 min

In a pan add sesame oil, pour in the shredded vegetables and cook for 10 min. Stir constantly

Place ingredients on a dish and sprinkle pepper for taste.
