Ingredients

30 min
  • 1 cupOrganic Basmati Brown Rice
  • 1 cupbrown split peas
  • 1pealed and shredded carrots
  • 2pealed and shredded sweet potatoes
  • 1/2cut shredded celery stick
  • 1 tablespoonorganic sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonground pepper

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    Boil rice and split peas in a pot for 20 min. Drain excess water and let it steam for 5 min

  2. 2

    In a pan add sesame oil, pour in the shredded vegetables and cook for 10 min. Stir constantly

  3. 3

    Place ingredients on a dish and sprinkle pepper for taste.
