Ingredients

  • 1 cupRice flour
  • 1Carrot grated
  • 1Onions chopped
  • 3-4 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  • 3Garlic chopped
  • 1 sml piece Ginger chopped
  • 6 to 8Curry leaves chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Jeera
  • Green chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in rice flour

  2. 2

    And make a dough

  3. 3

    Flatten it on a polythene cover and transfer to tawa and fry both sides slowly

  4. 4

    Serve hot and njoy
