Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRice flour
  2. 1Carrot grated
  3. 1Onions chopped
  4. 3-4 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  5. 3Garlic chopped
  6. 1 sml piece Ginger chopped
  7. 6 to 8Curry leaves chopped
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Water
  10. Jeera
  11. Green chilli chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in rice flour

  2. 2

    And make a dough

  3. 3

    Flatten it on a polythene cover and transfer to tawa and fry both sides slowly

  4. 4

    Serve hot and njoy
