Steps

Add semolina im hot water and mix well so that no lumps are formed. Cover it for 15 minutes to transform the suji into dough.

Take a big bowl and smash potato into it. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli paste, salt and dough of semolina. Mix them well. Mixture is ready.

Grease your hands with oil and Take small lump in hand and roll it to give round oval shape of finger of around 4 inch size. Prepare all fingers in same way.

Fry them till they become golden brown in colors from all sides. Take them out on tissue paper.

Potato Suji Fingers are ready, serve it with Mayonnaise and Tomato ketchup.
