Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1/2 cupmilk powder Ings for milkmaid
  2. 1/4 cupicing sugar
  3. 1/4 cupwarm milk or water
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 litrebuffalo milk ings for kulfi
  6. 6 tbspsugar
  7. 1 tbspcornflour
  8. 2 tbspmilk powder
  9. 1 tspkesar
  10. 1 tspelaichi powder
  11. 1/2 cupcrushed almonds for toppings

Steps

    Method for milkmaid

    Mix all the ingredients and blend it for 10 mins ur milkmaid is ready

  3. 3

    Method for kulfi

  4. 4

    Take one cup cold milk n keep the remaining milk for boiling.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar kesar n elaichi pow wen it is boiled put it on low flame
    n boil it for abt 20 mins.

  6. 6

    Now add cornflour n milk powder in one cup milk n mix it properly
    see that there r no lumps

  7. 7

    Now add this to the boiling milk and boil for 5mins

  8. 8

    Now add milkmaid n let it boil for sumtym or till u find the consistency have become thick.

    Off the fkame

  10. 10

    Keep it for cooling wen it cools down pour it in cups cover it with foil paper freeze it. it will take atleast 4/5 hours for setting...

    Serve chilled
